January 4-5, 2018: Access point reboot caused Raspberry Pi to lose wifi connectivity. Subsequent reboot reset time incorrectly likely leading to console data logger to become corrupted (wrote data for past time). Dumped data to archive database and reset data logger memory. Transmission now successful and should be able to restore recent observation to web database.
November 25, 2018: Blizzard conditions today. Electricity was out for at least half an hour disabling ingest machine and local database server. Real time clock corruption led to data logger being in a confused state requiring a reset. Full local database appears intact though web database missing several hours. Wind gust readings appear low.
October 2, 2018: Missing information in web database present in local database.
September 15, 2018: Battery died in outdoor ISS unit and replaced.
August, 2018: Implemented real time MQTT messages on local network.
March 29, 2018: Battery died in outdoor ISS unit and replaced.
October 5, 2017: Battery died in outdoor ISS united and replaced.
June 17, 2017: Tipping bucket clogged. Cleaning out debris, about a half inch of water went through. Rain fell that evening.
May 8, 2017: Battery died in outdoor ISS unit again. Rotated unit clockwise slightly to try to get more sun on solar panel. One day missing temp/hum.
April 1, 2017: Moved local storage from Raspberry Pi-based SQLite database to a MariaDB server running on the NAS. Should make it easier to access and backup.
